New E-Invoicing System: Request Your Individual E-Invoice via Email Notification or POI2U Website (Effective from 1st July 2025)
Dear Valued Policyholders and Business Partners,
We are pleased to inform you that, effective 1st July 2025, you will be able to request your individual e-Invoice conveniently via email notification or directly through the POI2U website. You may select from the following two options to generate your individual e-Invoice:

Please ensure that the identification number or business registration number, as well as the valid email address used during your policy purchase, are provided correctly in order to process your e-Invoice request.
